   Excellent job in refinishing our hardwood stairs with several landings and many spindals. Highly endorsed by their references - I spoke with them all. Very neat and clean - surprisingly very little dust. Cleaned up each day. Was able to match the first floor so the entire downstairs floor did not need to be refinished. Came to our house twice. First to measure and provide an estimate, second to do a sample refinish on a tread to determine if the stain would match the existing floor. Always on time and finished when promised. ||[]||[]Trustworthy. My wife and I both work and had to stay in a hotel while the stairs were being refinished. I would open the side door on my way to work and lock the house on my way home. Bill would work in the house alone while my wife and I were at work.||[]||[]Initially, we had an estimate by the contractor who originally installed the hardwood stairs/floors. Although he provided an estimate, we subsequently learned he did not want to do the job. I guess it was too hard/intrinicate for him to do.
